Donald Trump is not scheduled to speak at the Republican National Convention on Monday, but then again, never doubt his ability to get on television. The presumptive Republican nominee will be in Cleveland anyway to watch his wife, Melania Trump, deliver remarks as one of the day's headliners, and he told Fox and Friends that he "may speak up" so long as he is there.

Trump added that "to be honest, I want to see this. I'd love to be there when my wife speaks. So the answer is yes, I will be there."
