Donald Trump might have dismal to nonexistent polling numbers with black voters, but the show must go on — so now he has a former Apprentice contestant helping him with his outreach. Omarosa Manigault was formerly vice chair of Donald Trump's National Diversity Coalition and is now his director of African American outreach, MSNBC reports.

She was also a contestant on the first season of The Apprentice, which earned her a spot on TV Guide's list of the 60 Nastiest Villains of All Time:

Manigault has called herself "the person who pulls [Trump] back when he goes too far" and said that she "[checks] Trump every time he says something crazy. I told him to stop calling Elizabeth Warren 'Pocahontas.'" She also happened to make headlines in February when she slammed a Fox pundit for "[coming] on with big boobs."
