Apparently the British royal family is more technologically adept than the royalty watchers and bookmakers give it credit for. The new prince born to Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, is not Arthur after all, but Louis Arthur Charles.

His Royal Highness Prince Louis (pronounced Louie) of Cambridge is fifth in line to the British throne, after Prince Charles, his father, and his siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Louis is one of Prince William's middle names, and also a middle name of the new prince's brother, George. It also pays homage to Louis Mountbatten, Prince Charles' great uncle and mentor, killed by the IRA in a 1979 bomb blast. The bookmakers had the smart money on Arthur, Albert, and James.
