Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin is shooting things in campaign ads again

Sen. Joe Manchin's (D-W.Va.) campaign is sticking with a tried-and-true strategy in a new ad released Monday — taking a shot at a lawsuit from his opponent to show just how much he disagrees.
