Trump cheered his way to a 9/11 memorial service
President Trump is positively fired up about remembering America's greatest tragedy. At least that's what his tweets, plus photos of the president Tuesday morning, would suggest.
After firing off a tweet about Russian collusion, Trump finally acknowledged Tuesday's significance by signing a proclamation naming Tuesday "Patriot Day" in honor of Sept. 11. He then tweeted some reactions to various Fox shows, recognized Rudy Giuliani's "bravery and skill" as mayor of New York City that day, and provided a friendly reminder of how long it's been since the terrorist attacks.
Many, many tweets later, Trump jetted off to Shanksville, Pennsylvania, for a memorial service, and he looked absolutely thrilled about it.
