Massive data leak exposes personal information for hundreds of German politicians

The German government is investigating a data leak that exposed the personal information of hundreds of politicians online, The Associated Press reports.

Information including cell phone numbers and personal addresses were reportedly posted on Twitter through an account that has since been suspended and that began releasing the data in December; even though the leak began before Christmas, it only recently started to attract attention.
