The Library of Congress' cafeteria is serving up a punny impeachment-themed dessert

The impeachment food trend has infiltrated the federal government.

As President Trump faces an impeachment inquiry in the House, the subject has been punned into "peach mint" desserts and drinks throughout Washington, D.C. and beyond. And now, lawmakers don't even have to leave Capitol Hill to get a taste of the trend. ILCreations, which caters a cafeteria in the Library of Congress, has cooked up a "Peach Mint Crumb Cake," according to a picture passed along to NBC News' Ken Dilanian.
