18 sporting events to see in 2018
From the World Cup to the Ryder Cup, 2018 will be a top year for sport

If you didn’t know by now, here’s a reminder: 2018 is a World Cup year. Yes, one month of back-to-back football matches broadcast across many channels right in the middle of summer.
Before the festival of football in Russia though there’s plenty of other sport to enjoy on the 2018 calendar, with tennis grand slams, golf majors and also a Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Later on in the year highlights include Team Europe taking on Team USA in golf’s Ryder Cup and also the 2018 European Championships which will be jointly held in Glasgow and Berlin.
