Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Jane Curtain anchor epic Weekend Update

With three exceptions, it was an all-female "Weekend Update" on Sunday's 40th anniversary celebration for Saturday Night Live. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, from last decade, joined 1970s-era "Weekend Update" anchor Jane Curtain to deliver some ribbing of SNL, a memorable burn on Fox News, and some topical humor. But a handful of celebrity "nerds" came on to reprise their favorite SNL characters, too: Melissa McCarthy's version of the late Chris Farley's motivational speaker, Matt Foley, is uncanny. And for fans of the old days, the land shark even makes an appearance. Watch below. —Peter Weber
