Alexis Sanchez: Arsenal to Manchester United
Alexis Sanchez’s transfer to Manchester United looks set to be completed today or tomorrow after Sky Sports reported that the Chilean striker had undergone a medical. Manchester Evening News’s Sam Luckhurst has also tweeted a picture that appears to show Sanchez wearing the number seven shirt and taking selfies on the Old Trafford pitch. Meanwhile United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been in London this weekend to finalise his transfer to Arsenal, says Metro.

Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been lined up as Alexis Sanchez’s replacement at the Emirates and the Daily Express reports that Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis has been “spotted” in Germany finalising the deal. The Sun says that Aubameyang, 28, could be sold to Arsenal for a deal worth £54million.
Mesut Ozil: midfielder wants huge deal to stay at Arsenal
If the Gunners tie up the transfers of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, then out-of-contract midfielder Mesut Ozil will demand a huge salary to stay at Arsenal. The Sun says that the German star wants a £200,000-a-week deal to remain at the Emirates.
Harry Kane: Tottenham to Real Madrid
Real Madrid are out to capture Harry Kane but Tottenham are determined to hang on to their star striker. According to The Sunday Times the Spanish giants are lining up a record £200m bid for the England hitman, who scored Spurs’ equaliser in yesterday’s 1-1 draw with Southampton.
Gareth Bale: Real Madrid to Manchester United/Bayern Munich
The Daily Star reports that Manchester United will face competition to sign Real Madrid and Wales star Gareth Bale this summer. Quoting Spanish newspaper Don Balon, the Star says that German giants Bayern Munich are also interested in signing Bale.
Edin Dzeko and Emerson Palmieri: Roma to Chelsea
Metro reports that Roma sporting director Monchi has refused to rule out selling striker Edin Dzeko and defender Emerson Palmieri to Chelsea. The duo would cost the Premier League club a combined fee of around £44m. Former Man City striker Dzeko would provide competition in attack while Palmieri is wanted as “an alternative” to left-back Marcos Alonso.
Peter Crouch: Stoke City to Chelsea
Stoke City’s new boss Paul Lambert says that veteran striker Peter Crouch is not for sale, but a transfer to Chelsea may still happen according to The Independent. The 6ft 7in striker is understood to want a move to Chelsea and a deal “could yet materialise”.
Arturo Vidal: Bayern Munich to Chelsea
Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal has ruled out leaving Bayern Munich during the January transfer window. The 30-year-old, who has been linked with Chelsea, insists he is happy in Germany and wants to focus on winning the Champions League. Quoted by Goal.com, Vidal said: “I’m still here until June and I’m happy.”
Islam Slimani: Leicester City to Monaco
Sky Sports sources say that Monaco want to sign Leicester City striker Islam Slimani. Leicester are “prepared to listen to offers” for the Algerian and it’s reported that Turkish club Besiktas, Southampton and Newcastle are also interested in signing the 29-year-old.
Daniel Sturridge: Liverpool to Inter Milan/Sevilla
Liverpool will allow England striker Daniel Sturridge to leave during the January transfer window, Sky Sports reports. Inter Milan and Sevilla are both interested in the 28-year-old but could face competition from a host of Premier League clubs. Sky in Italy says that Inter want a loan deal for Sturridge with an option to buy him permanently, while the Daily Mirror says that Sturridge has told Liverpool he wants a move to Sevilla.
