With both the drivers’ and constructors’ championships already won by Mercedes the last grand prix of the 2018 Formula 1 season will see a battle for final positions in the standings.
While Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel will finish first and second in the drivers’ championship respectively, according to F1.com there’s a battle brewing for who can finish in third.

Three drivers – Kimi Raikkonen, Valtteri Bottas and Max Verstappen – still have a chance of securing third place for the season.
Ferrari’s Raikkonen is currently in third on 251 points and leads Mercedes driver Bottas by 14. Red Bull’s Verstappen is only three points further back.

The 2018 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will also be McLaren driver Fernando Alonso’s final race in F1 before he retires. Daniel Ricciardo says farewell to Red Bull Racing before his move next year to Renault.

Abu Dhabi GP qualifying will take place on Saturday 24 November at 1pm.
