Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani claimed that no radical Islamic terrorist attacks did not occur in the United States "before Obama."

On Monday, Rudy Giuliani — the mayor of New York City from 1994 to Dec. 31, 2001 — told the audience attending Donald Trump's foreign policy speech in Youngstown, Ohio, that "before Obama came along, we didn't have any successful radical Islamic terrorist attack inside the United States."
