Donald Trump spent the VP debate tweeting about Megyn Kelly, Batman, policy

Donald Trump had an announcement before the sole debate between his running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, and Hillary Clinton's, Sen. Tim Kaine (Va.):

Trump also agreed with the Pence boosters:
He plus-oned Pence on policy issues like the greatness of police and the fecklessness of American foreign policy under Clinton, then took a pot shot at the crucial swing state of Virginia:
Tried to flip the narrative about his business interests in Russia:
And ended with an attaboy for his running mate:
Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, retweeted people who found Pence to be an anti-woman candidate who disloyally would not defend his running mate, made that case herself, and thanked Kaine for a certain line in the discussion about abortion rights:
Clinton also got in an opinion on Pence's insistence that it was Clinton who was running an "insult-driven campaign," and somehow this all got back to that Batman tweet.
So it looks like maybe Batman won the debate.
