Cavaliers try to stay alive in NBA Finals with Game 5 against Warriors

The Cleveland Cavaliers are hoping to elongate the NBA Finals once again Monday night, as basketball's championship series returns to California for Game 5. The Golden State Warriors, meanwhile, still lead the series 3-1 and will return to Oracle Arena hoping to end the so-called "three-match" and hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy in front of a home crowd.
In Game 4 on Friday in Cleveland, Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving erupted for 40 points as the Cavaliers delivered the Warriors their first loss of the postseason, 137-116. Warriors stars Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant both struggled in the loss, each shooting just 2-of-9 from the field.
The Warriors haven't lost a game at home since April 10. Game 5 tips off at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
