Morning Joe's co-host Mika Brzezinski has signed a three-book deal with Weinstein Books, Page Six reports. Brzezinski reportedly earned "high six figures" for the deal.
As part of the deal, Brzezinski will write a revised edition of her 2011 book, Knowing Your Value: Women, Money, and Getting What You're Worth, and pen two additional books, Comeback Careers and an untitled book of career advice for millennials.
The deals were reportedly already being discussed before President Trump attacked Brzezinski on Twitter: "That incident did not have any effect on the deal itself or the subject matter for the books," said one person familiar with the conversations. Page Six adds: "However, it is hoped that Brzezinski could tackle her clash with the president in a new chapter for Knowing Your Value."
