Pagan wins right to wear horns on driver's licence photo
A pagan has been allowed to wear a set of goat's horns in his driver's licence photograph. Phelan Moonsong, 56, from Bangor, in the US state of Maine, said he wore the horns as a religious headpiece as a Priest of Pan and therefore they were no different to a Jewish man wearing a yarmulke or a Muslim woman wearing a hijab. He finally won the argument after months of fighting with state officials.
