The latest Global Wealth Report from Credit Suisse, published on Monday, revealed that China has 4.4m millionaires, up from a million seven years ago and almost none in 2000 - and that there are now more Chinese people than Americans in the wealthiest 10% of the world’s population.

The country’s Green Party believes the limit could save lives and cut emissions, though critics argue the roads are safe and the environmental impact would be minimal. If unlimited parts of autobahn are indeed safe, should we consider derestricting motorways in Britain?
