Kevin Anderson produced the performance of his life to beat Roger Federer in a five-set classic on Court No.1 at Wimbledon today.

In an epic final set Anderson won 13-11 in a match that spanned four hours and 13 minutes. He is now through to the semi-finals where he will face John Isner.

After his 2-6, 6-7 (5-7), 7-5, 6-4, 13-11 victory, Anderson told wimbledon.com: “Down two sets to love I just tried my best to keep fighting and scraped through the third and fourth set. By the end I thought I did a great job. Beating Roger Federer at Wimbledon is one I will remember. I just kept telling myself this will be my day.”
