3. Nutribullet GO portable blender
This handy cordless 70W blender can whizz for two periods of 30 seconds, before it needs a minute’s rest. It charges from a socket or a computer, and the 370ml to-go cup and lid are dishwasher-friendly. Smaller than most, it can’t be used for fizzy drinks, ice or hot liquids.
4. Kuro NutriPro Blender & Smoothie Maker
With no button, you simply press down and twist to operate this 1,000W blender, which can run for 30 seconds, before cooling for a minute. It crushes ice and has a single large blending cup, which has to be hand-washed.
5. John Lewis On The Go Food Blender
This sleek blender has two speed settings and a pulse function, while the 350W motor operates for two minutes, before needing to cool. It comes with two 600ml jugs, which don’t have carry handles. Ingredients need chopping into small pieces before blending, and it has to be hand-washed.
