Arsenal are eighth in the Premier League table after a 2-2 draw with second-from-bottom Southampton on Saturday.

It took a 96th-minute equaliser from Alexandre Lacazette to spare Arsenal’s blushes against the lowly Saints.

The Times also reports that Emery is increasingly likely to leave the north London club. The paper says the Gunners would be interested in talking to Mikel Arteta and Massimiliano Allegri as potential replacements for Emery.

The Spaniard’s future looks bleak but club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang says it’s “down to the players” to revive Arsenal, Metro says.

Aubameyang said: “The team is disappointed like the fans are as well. When we are playing, we are the first to be disappointed when it doesn’t work. We will try to keep fighting. I think we have the quality to come back and we have to fight.

“We knew that it wasn’t going to be easy because we know that when they [Southampton] play away, they feel comfortable on the ball and they are strong. We expected them to play like this. We are really disappointed.

“I think everybody has to try to ask themselves that, and what they can change, what they can give more of. Everybody has to do this, me first. I will try to work hard and to get back to winning ways.”

Unai Emery is not the only Premier League manager under pressure.

The Daily Express reports that Everton boss Marco Silva and West Ham’s Manuel Pellegrini are also facing the axe.

The Express says former Everton boss David Moyes is tipped to replace Silva at Goodison Park while West Ham have Sheffield United’s Chris Wilder “in their crosshairs” as they consider Pellegrini’s future. i Sport reports that Everton’s “lack of a Plan B” keeps Silva in place for now.

The Daily Telegraph adds that Watford boss Quique Sánchez Flores is another Prem manager who could be facing the end of his tenure.
