Celtic manager Rodgers wants to see a clinical display against Salzburg

Brendan Rodgers has urged his Celtic side to be clinical in front of goal when they take on Red Bull Salzburg in Austria today.
The Scottish champions are level with Salzburg on three points after one match in group B and Rodgers said: “They score goals but we also know they concede goals as well. There’s going to be opportunities for us. At this level, it’s about being clinical.”
The BBC reports that Odsonne Edouard has recovered from a knock but Celtic will be without Tom Rogic, Kristoffer Ajer, Filip Benkovic and Nir Bitton. The Daily Record also reports that Rodgers may not risk skipper Scott Brown.

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard says his side will “respect” opponents Rapid Vienna but he wants to see a victory at Ibrox tonight.
The Glasgow club are second in group G after drawing 2-2 with Villarreal two weeks ago while Rapid beat Spartak Moscow 2-0 to go top.
Gerrard said: “We respect this team but we are looking for a win. This is a level that we all want to be involved in and to show Rapid how good a team we are at home.”
Sky Sports reports that Gerrard could make a number of changes after Rangers were beaten 1-0 by Livingston on Sunday.
The group G match between Rangers and Rapid kicks off at 8pm, as does Spartak Moscow vs. Villarreal.
