A woman was “terrified” when she returned to her home after months away to find potatoes had taken over her flat. Donna Porée spent three months of lockdown at her boyfriend’s home. When she got back, she found a bag of potatoes had grown creepy metre-long pink tentacles which reached out to every corner of her small flat. “I was terrified at first,” she admitted.

Influencer upstages friend by fainting at wedding

An Instagram influencer has been accused of upstaging the bride on her wedding day after passing out seconds before the couple were due to kiss. Jadé Tunchy was watching her friend get married when she fainted from heatstroke. One online commenter wrote: “I’d be so mad if this was my moment and you done passed out. I shouldn’t be but I would.”
