Exotic frog from Chile appears in south Wales
An exotic frog has been found in a bunch of bananas after making a remarkable 5,000-mile journey from Colombia to south Wales. Staff at Asda found the creature at the chain’s branch in Murray Street, Llanelli. It is thought it survived the journey and climate transition by slowing down its metabolism. It has been named Asda and transferred to specialist animal centre in Haverfordwest.
