Arsenal transfer news: Zaha, Aubameyang, Saliba, Weigl, Balde, Comert
Gunners may cash in on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to land Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha
Zaha in for Auba?
Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha is keen to leave the club this summer and favours a move to Arsenal, according to reports.
But before Gooners start counting their chickens, the BBC points out that the Eagles’ asking price for the 26-year-old Zaha could pose problems.

Arsenal may need to shell out £80m, but the broadcaster reckons the North London club could raise the money. How? By “cashing in” on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
In fact, it’s believed Arsenal could make £100m-plus by offloading the star striker - leaving the club with some extra cash to strengthen its fragile squad.
Balde and Weigl on the radar
Two players on Arsenal’s radar are Monaco winger Keita Balde and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Weigl.
The Daily Mirror claims that Arsenal boss Unai Emery “is set to make significant changes to his squad in the coming weeks” and he has his eye on the 24-year-old Balde.
Reports from France say that Arsenal are “weighing up a move for the Senegal international”, who joined Monaco from Lazio two years ago.
He spent last season on loan at Inter Milan and despite a solid campaign in Serie A the Italians decided his £30m price tag was too expensive to make the move permanent.
As for Weigl, the Mirror says he would cost around £27m and Dortmund are happy to sell.
Saliba in the sights
TalkSPORT reports that Arsenal are “closing in” on Saint-Etienne star William Saliba.
The defender comes with a £26.5m asking price and it appears that as part of any move the Gunners would loan the 18-year-old straight back to Saint-Etienne for next season.
Comert catches the eye
From France to Switzerland and the report in the Daily Mail suggests that Unai Emery is keen on FC Basel defender Eray Comert.
The back four is Arsenal’s problem area and Spaniard Emery believes that the 21-year-old Comert has a bright future.
The fact he would only cost £7m is an added bonus and the Mail claims that Arsenal “will send representatives to Switzerland for talks with Basel over his availability on Saturday”.
