Lloris future depends on Pochettino
Tottenham No.1 Hugo Lloris has admitted that he doesn’t expect to end his career at White Hart Lane.
The French World Cup-winning captain is under contract with Spurs until 2022 but isn’t ruling out a move at some stage, reports Goal.com. Asked during an interview with French football show Telefoot whether Tottenham will be his last club, the 31-year-old replied: “I don’t think so.”

The goalkeeper - who has made more than 250 appearances for Spurs since signing in 2012 - has been linked with several of Europe’s powerhouses in recent months.
His arrest and conviction for drink-driving last month added to speculation that he might look to make a fresh start sooner rather than later, but Lloris told Telefoot that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will be the biggest influence on whether he remains loyal to the Lilywhites.
“My future is tied to Mauricio’s. That is certain,” explained the Gallic gloveman.
Alderweireld back to Ajax?
Another Tottenham player weighing up his future is Belgian defender Toby Alderweireld, reports Football.London.
In an interview with Dutch media, he was asked about the possibility of a return to Ajax in the future.
“Never say never,” said the 29-year-old. “At this moment in my career I don’t think about that yet. I think I can go on for years at this level. If I ever did, it is not to take it easy… Of course, it is close to home in Belgium and I have a bond with the club, because I played football at Ajax for eight years.”
Matthaus: Kane is ready for Real
Germany legend Lothar Matthaus believes that Tottenham striker Harry Kane could soon have a big decision to make on his future as well.
With Real Madrid reportedly interested, Matthaus says the Spanish giants are the only club that would be right for England skipper Kane.
Writing in The Sun, Matthaus says: “It would have to be something special for him to leave the club. But if it’s going to happen, it will have to be soon.
“He’s 25 now. If he does not go in the next two years, by the time he is 27, he will never leave. If he did, Real are the only club that would be right for him. Real shine brighter than any other club in the world.”
