It sounds like the perfect Airbnb rental — a 19th century charmer in suburban Paris, sitting at the edge of a forest and boasting seven bedrooms and a swimming pool. There's just one major flaw: The decomposing body in the garden.
Bertrand Daillie, the deputy prosecutor for the suburb, Èvry, told The Associated Press a group of young people rented the house in Palaiseau over the weekend, and found a woman's body near the edge of the property; she had been covered with tree branches, and purposely placed there. French investigators are looking into her death, and Daillie told France Bleu radio that while the renters will be questioned, they only rented the property for the weekend. On Sunday night, the $435-per-night listing was taken off of Airbnb.
