Gold medal-winning gymnast Simone Biles carried the flag for the U.S. delegation, one of many athletes braving the weather by wearing a poncho. International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach said the Rio Olympics will leave a "unique legacy," and there were lots of fireworks, confetti, floats, and samba dancers.
