Figure skaters are at long last allowed to perform to music with lyrics at the Olympics, and it's already proven to be the best decision ever. On Thursday night, American 2014 bronze medalist Jason Brown took a large step towards confirming his role on the 2018 team by earning a 93.23 score at the U.S. Championships with his routine to "The Room Where It Happens" from Hamilton, Time reports.

"I gasped at the first leap, perfectly timed with the musical cutout," raved creator Lin Manuel Miranda. "By the end I was sobbing. GO GET 'EM." Watch the jaw-dropping performance below, and go Team USA! Jeva Lange
