France advanced to the World Cup final Tuesday, beating Belgium 1-0. Les Blues scored in the 51st minute thanks to Samuel Umtiti knocking in the goal.
The French team has appeared in 14 World Cups since the tournament began in 1930, including five trips to the semifinals and two to the final; the team won its only title in 1998.
