Are GOP Rep. Steve King's racist comments actually ruining his campaign?

A few big-name Republicans' congressional seats aren't looking so safe anymore.

Just a week before the midterm elections, Cook Political Report has moved Rep. Steve King's (R-Iowa) seat from "likely R" to "lean R." Rep. Devin Nunes' (R-Calif.) seat similarly shifted from "solid R" to "likely R." Two other seats, held by Republicans in Florida and northern California, also moved closer to the middle.
