A new documentary in cinemas this week is redefining what it means to be a Satanist. Faulty evidence
This week the Danish government cast doubt on the reliability of mobile phone location data used in the country’s courts, ordering a review of 10,700 criminal cases in which juries were presented with potentially flawed evidence. As a result, prosecutors may have claimed they had proof that a suspect was at a crime scene when no such evidence existed. More broadly, this demonstrates the drawbacks of highly technical evidence, which may be hard for defence lawyers and juries to evaluate, and which may be giving a false impression of infallibility.

This week we ask, to what extent are women's rights in the US under attack, and how will the issue of abortion affect next year's election?
