US Open: men’s semi-finals order of play, betting odds and TV details
Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are hoping to reach the Flushing Meadows final
Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic could set up a fifth career US Open final meeting, the BBC reports, if they win their semi-final matches in New York tonight.
Defending champion Nadal, the top seed, takes on Argentine star Juan Martin del Potro in the first semi-final at the Arthur Ashe Stadium, starting at 9pm. Afterwards Djokovic faces Japan’s Kei Nishikori.
Nadal admits his clash against Del Potro will be “very tough”. He said: “At Wimbledon he’s a great player, he’s a great player everywhere. But the challenge of playing him on hard courts... is even higher for me personally.
