England are through to their second successive Women’s World Cup semi-final after a 3-0 victory over Norway in Le Havre.

The Lionesses were simply “magnifique”, says The Times, after goals from Jill Scott, Ellen White and Lucy Bronze sealed last night’s convincing win.

The Daily Mail reports that Phil Neville’s team now have “glory in their sights” while The Daily Telegraph hail their “unstoppable” march into the final four.

England will play in the semi-final on Tuesday against France or the United States in Lyon. Host nation France and defending champions US go head-to-head in the quarter-finals tonight.

Head coach Neville said: “We want to come home with that World Cup. I keep thinking to myself, ‘stop saying it’, but we can’t hide away from the fact something’s happening. We cannot wait for Tuesday.”
