Premier League preview: Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns for Man Utd
Swedish striker and Paul Pogba are included in United squad to face Newcastle
Manchester United vs. Newcastle United
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been named in the Manchester United squad for tomorrow’s match against Newcastle United at Old Trafford.
Ibrahimovic hasn’t played since his cruciate knee ligament injury in April. He’ll be joined in the squad by Paul Pogba, who returns after two months out. Argentine defender Marcos Rojo is also back in contention after playing for United’s U-23 side in midweek.

In his pre-match press conference, United boss Jose Mourinho confirmed that Ibrahimovic is in the squad, but is not yet fit enough to start. Mourinho told the BBC: “He has made a full recovery but we can’t expect him to play full 90 minutes or consecutive matches. Fitness and sharpness is everything.”
Newcastle, who are 11th in the Premier League, will go to Old Trafford without injured trio Christian Atsu, Mikel Merino and captain Jamaal Lascelles.
Leicester City vs. Manchester City
League leaders Manchester City will have striker Sergio Aguero available for the trip to Leicester.
Aguero fainted at half-time during Argentina’s match against Nigeria on Tuesday but has been given the all-clear to face the Foxes.
City boss Pep Guardiola, who was today named manager of the month for October, told Sky Sports: “He [Aguero] arrived two days ago. He met with the doctor and he’s perfect, nothing to be worried about.”
West Bromwich Albion vs. Chelsea
David Luiz, who was today linked with a move to Man Utd, has been included in the Chelsea squad for the match against West Bromwich Albion.
The Brazilian defender was dropped for the match on 5 November against United. There have been rumours of a disagreement with Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.
The Blues boss would not comment on their relationship but did confirm that Luiz would travel with the team to West Brom. Conte said: “Yes, David Luiz is in the squad. I repeat, it was a technical decision [to drop him]. Every single player has to react well and accept my decision.”
