Chelsea transfer news: Cesc Fabregas, Callum Wilson, Eden Hazard, Victor Moses
AC Milan confirm their interest in Fabregas, while the Hazard saga rumbles on
A January move for Fabregas?
Cesc Fabregas’s Chelsea career appears to be winding down after AC Milan “finally confirmed their interest”.
The Sun reports that the Italian giants have been linked with a move for the Spanish playmaker for several months. The club’s director, Leonardo, has now admitted the interest is genuine.

In conversation with Sky Sport Italia, Leonard was asked if the former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder was on their new year shopping list.
“We are still evaluating the conditions,” he replied. “We’ll certainly do something on the market, but we’ll take it slowly.”
According to the Sun, Fabregas’s wife, Daniella Semaan, is also evaluating a potential move. The paper says she could have the final say.
The couple married earlier this year and have three children together. Apparently it’s important for Fabregas’s wife that the quality of family life in Milan is as good as it is in London.
Wilson won’t come cheap
If Chelsea want to lure Callum Wilson from Bournemouth they will have to stump up in the region of £33m, reports Football.London.
The 26-year-old England international has been one of the standout strikers this season after netting eight goals and racking up five assists in 15 Premier League matches.
That form has come to the attention of Chelsea but apparently Wilson’s value has shot up from £13m to £33m on account of his red-hot streak. This could deter the Blues from tabling a bid in January.
Duo set to be dumped?
Maurizio Sarri is ready to axe Victor Moses and Andreas Christensen, reports the Daily Express, after deciding they have nothing left to offer the Blues.
The paper claims that the Chelsea gaffer is willing to offload Moses for a modest £12m. The Nigeria international could be gone as early as next month.
Apparently the Blues want him “off the books” and are willing to sanction a “cut-price exit”. Crystal Palace have emerged as the bookies’ favourites to land Moses, while Fulham have also been linked.
As for Christensen, described by the Express as a “fringe player on Sarri’s watch”, Borussia Monchengladbach are tipped to secure his services.
The defender spent the last two years on loan at the Bundesliga outfit and fitted in well, but there could also be a bid from AC Milan for the 22-year-old Dane.
Hazard latest
Finally, a Chelsea transfer talk wouldn’t be the same without an update on the never-ending saga of Eden Hazard and the possibility of a move to Real Madrid.
The latest comes from the Express, which has been listening to French broadcaster RMC Sport and its interview with Hazard.
“We’ll see, the family is in London, I’m also going to be 28,” he replied, when asked about his future. “I do not want to have any regrets at the end of my career. It’s a decision I’m going to make, I do not know when, but I’ll take it.”
