The Philadelphia 76ers will have StubHub ads on their jerseys starting in 2017, an anonymous league official told Bloomberg News. The deal would be the first since the National Basketball Association approved 2.5-by-2.5-inch advertisement patches in April as part of a three-year pilot program.

StubHub reportedly agreed to pay $5 million per year. Ads are expected to bring in an extra $150 million in annual revenue for the NBA, the first major U.S. professional league to permit ads on game-day jerseys.
