“Happy & glorious!”, “Semi gods” and “Keep calm & Harry on” are just three of the front-page headlines used by UK Sunday newspapers to describe England’s run to the 2018 World Cup semi-finals.

The Three Lions’ 2-0 win against Sweden yesterday means that they will play in the World Cup last four for the first time in 28 years. England face Croatia on Wednesday evening in Moscow, the match kicks off at 7pm and is live on ITV.

According to the bookies Gareth Southgate’s side are now second favourites behind France to lift the World Cup and skipper Harry Kane remains the top tip to win the Golden Boot for top goalscorer.
