Meghan Markle will be offered a crash course in “evasive and tactical driving” to help her get out of any potentially dangerous situations.
Tactical driving expert Mick Croome, a former Met Police officer, told CBS News that all members of the Royal Family are taught evasive techniques to use as a “last-resort manoeuvre” if they need to escape an attack or kidnapping attempt on the road.
According to Croombe, the Duchess of Sussex will be taught how to pull off moves such as a J-turn: where the driver reverses a car before spinning the vehicle round to face the opposite direction.
