"Okay, today we got a big old rivalry," Kenan Thompson's Steve Harvey said to kick off an episode of Family Feud, the political edition, at Saturday Night Live's season opener on Saturday. The line-up was Team Clinton — Bill Clinton (Darrell Hammond), Sarah Silverman (Melissa Villaseñor), Lin-Manuel Miranda (Cecily Strong), and Sen. Bernie Sanders (Larry David) — against Team Trump: Kellyanne Conway (Kate McKinnon), Ivanka Trump (guest host Margot Robbie), Gov. Chris Christie (Bobby Moynihan), and Vladimir Putin (Beck Bennett).
David's perpetually perturbed Sanders was in fine form, describing Hillary Clinton as "the prune juice of this election," because "she might not seem that appetizing, but if you don't take her now, you're going to be clogged with crap for a very long time." Robbie's Ivanka Trump was equal parts vacuous and glamorous and soon became fast friends with Hammond's skeevy Bill Clinton.
But the highlight may have been a surprise assist for Ivanka from her two creepy brothers, Eric and Donald Jr., who were hiding below the table awaiting her summons. For that bit, watch the full clip below. Bonnie Kristian
