Trump, Clinton officially declared Missouri primary winners one month after elections

A month after its March 15 primaries, Missouri has finally declared Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton the respective winners of the state's Republican and Democratic presidential primaries. Trump edged out Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) by a mere 0.2 percentage points, with 40.9 percent to Cruz's 40.7 percent to win 25 delegates. Cruz picked up 15 delegates, while the third GOP contender, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, received none.
On the Democratic side, Clinton also won by a 0.2 percentage-point margin, beating Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) 49.6 percent to his 49.4 percent. Both Clinton and Sanders will receive 34 delegates. With the addition of superdelegates to the count, however, Clinton will secure 46.
